BYSPAN is the trade mark of the particle boards and laminated particle boards of OJSC "Ivatsevichdrev".

The plant in Ivatsevichy was commissioned as a result of implementation of the largest investment project. The plant's capacity is 360 thousand cubic per year.

High-tech production is equipped with the most modern facility of leading world manufacturers, which include:

• line continuous pressing of particle board (chipboard); 

• two high-line laminating on the basis of 2 single-span short-cycle presses, with automatic loading system; 

• impregnation line; 

• production of adhesives and impregnating resins on the equipment;
• power plant with a capacity of 30.7 MW.

OJSC "Ivatsevichdrev" is one of the largest Belarusian producers of particle board and laminated particle board, which uses the most modern technologies with the latest advances not only in the production of wood-based boards, but also in environmental and resource conservation. Particle board and laminated particle board produced under the trade mark BYSPAN according to the single technical standards which are stricter than the national standards of the Republic of Belarus. Index of particle board density" is 625-740 kg / m3 - the best index in the domestic market, the formaldehyde content corresponds to emission class E0,5.

Today the plant for particle board and laminated particle board works at full capacity. Our clients are offered a wide range of high quality laminated particle board in dimension 2800х2070 with thickness from 8 to 40 mm.

In product range are more than 150 decors made in seven stampings:

PE - shagreen;

PO - shagreen "office";

SG - smooth gloss;

SM - smooth matte;

SWA - wood pores that mimic the structure of ash wood;

ТМ - Top Matte;

SWO - wood pores, imitating the structure of wood;

SWN - wood pores that mimic the structure of natural wood;

WML - wood micro line;

OS - imitation of the structure of the surface of an old stone.

       
In 2014 the enterprise has already commercialized production of water-resistance particle board with possibility of manufacturing boards in dimensions 1830х3050÷3660 with thickness 25mm, 28mm, 38mm.

Starting September 2, 2019, all wood chipboards of the enterprise comply with one of the most stringent global environmental safety standards - the formaldehyde emission class E0.5. The environmental indicator is confirmed by certificates of conformity and CARB 2 (California Air Resources Board - California Council for Air Resources), the receipt of which was preceded by laboratory studies of product samples. The research results met the manufacturer’s expectations.
